And as you may remember from a previous post, we certainly did get up close and personal. It was such a great experience, and I really had that “I’m on top of the world!” feeling once we finished our climb. Gorgeous scenery and amazing views!
Reminds me of my first trip to way before I moved to Cape Town! I was just as excited and enthusiastic. Now I take it for granted… seeing it outside my office window or balcony every now and then…
Isn’t that always the case, that we take for granted what’s right outside of our doorstep? I used think about that all the time when I lived in New York – it’s interesting to live in a place where so many people vacation! In any case, you are very lucky to live in such a gorgeous location!
