San Diego ArtWalk

I love a good street festival. Whenever I’d stumble across one in NYC, where they were plentiful, I used to take time out to wander amongst the stalls. By and large you’d see the same pashmina, T-shirt, and mozzarrepa stands, but I really enjoyed walking through the crowds and taking it all in. So it was a pleasant surprise to find out that I  happened to be in town for the San Diego ArtWalk, the city’s largest urban arts festival. Spanning 16 blocks in Little Italy, ArtWalk showcased the works of both local and national artists.

In addition to the works of art, the festival featured live music and dance performances. A great way to see some amazing art, explore the city, and enjoy a perfectly sunny San Diego day!
